Web Check-In Requirements

1.
 Available on ALL AirAsia and AirAsia X flights.

2.
You can check-in from 48 hours and up to 4 hours before the scheduled time of departure.

3.
AirAsia Flights: Baggage Drop/Travel Document Check counter is available at all airports. It opens two (2) hours and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.


AirAsia X Flights: Baggage Drop/Travel Document Check counter is available at all airports. It opens three (3) hours and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

If you are travelling to EAST MALAYSIA, you must comply with Article 6.6 (Document Advisory) of AirAsia's Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

Our self check-in facility is not available to the following guest(s):
 
  • Expectant mothers.
  • Guest(s) travelling with Infant(s).
  • Guest(s) with reduced mobility and those with special needs.
  • Guest(s) travelling alone below 16 years old.
  • More than 9 guests in one Booking Number.
  • Credit card and E-Gift Vouchers booking made online or at the Call Centre for flights that depart within 48 hours from the time of booking.
6. You are required to meet our Risk Item/Dangerous Goods Notice.
7. You are required to print the Web Check-In Boarding Pass, make sure you have access to a printer.
